Julia Alvarez, our writer-in-residence here at Midd (and certainly one of the most famous Midd profs), gives only two or three public readings a year. So get in on this one, if you can. It should be standing room only in PALANA but help yourself to some fair trade organic Cafe Altagracia (coffee) to give your afternoon a kick.

Florestan Trio
These three tear up Dvorak and Haydn like none other. Go see them because they are a trio (piano, violin, and cello!) not a frickin' string quartet (like every other musical guest at the CFA). Tickets required.
