It's a Bad Week to Be a College Student

First, there was this guy:



And now this 19-year-old sophomore at MIT, who apparently should thank her lucky stars that she's in a jail cell and not a morgue. Commenter #19 said it best, "Anyone seen as a potential threat is subject to immediate execution. Thankfully all of our decisions are rational and are in our best interest."

Next thing you know the gov't will unleash viruses on our PCs for starting Facebook groups.

Do you think the actions of the law enforcement agencies in both of these cases are justifiable? (I will give you that the MIT student was pretty stupid for wearing wires into an airport . . .) Hit the comments.
